This four-tank fryer/filter system combines high-volume gas frying with built-in under-fryer filtration and a fully equipped drain station to speed cleanup and save space.
- Four open-pot fryer tanks are batched into one floor model system for high-volume service.
- Each fryer tank holds 50 lb. of oil.
- Built-in filter system mounts under the fryers to save valuable space and streamline oil handling.
- 5.5 GPM, 1/3 HP roller pump speeds the filtering process and can pump oil up to 20 feet away.
- Stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet support durability and easy cleaning.
- Includes a drain station cabinet with food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, filter starter kit, and casters.
- Electronic thermostat controls with 115V, 1-phase filter electrical requirements.
