We use a unique dual-bushing design that reduces wear by more than 50%. A RackBoss 2.0 rack and pinion lets you add big tires, lifts, and lots of weight without ruining your steering. It may not be the most flashy upgrade, but you’ll notice it every time you’re behind the wheel.

Dual-Bushing Design for Strength
X24 tech is the answer to the wear and tear that destroys most rack and pinions. To make RackBoss 2.0 the best rack and pinion, we use durable PTFE bushings at both ends that eliminate play from the internal gears and tension spring. Altogether, X24 tech reduces wear by over 50%. We also include a built-in grease fitting so you can keep everything well lubricated. Better lubrication + X24 tech = an unkillable rack and pinion.

Solid Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods
Our heavy-duty tie rods are built to take a beating. They’re made from a full 1” diameter solid steel bar. The heim joints are pretty hardcore too, with 16 mm rack threads and 3/4” rod threads. These tie rods are also built with a special Z-bend design that’s stronger and more reliable. The bends are reinforced with custom gussets for superior durability and performance. With tie rods like these, you’ll be able to take on the roughest trails without hesitation.
