Rebelling against the contraints of family and society, a young Egyptian woman decides to study medicine, becoming the only woman in a class of men. Her encounters with the other students mdash; as well as the male and female corpses in the autopsy room -- intensify her dissatisfaction with and search for identity. She realizes men are not gods as her mother had taught her, that science cannot explain everything, and that she cannot be satisfied by living a life purely of the mind.

After a brief and unhappy marriage, she throws herself into her work, becoming a successful physician, but at the same time, she becomes aware of injustice and hypocrisy in society. Fulfillment and love come to her at last in a wholly unexpected way.

These work for dry mouth!!
Flavor Name: Cinnamon, Size: 230 Count (Pack of 1)
Severe dry mouth from Chemo treatments. These were recommended. They work great overnight while sleeping. Stick one to the roof of your mouth and it helps. Not as good new but you don’t wake up with your tongue glued to the roof of your mouth. These are worth trying.

Not for me
Flavor Name: Cinnamon, Size: 230 Count (Pack of 1)
I was excited to try these as cinnamon is a favorite of mine. I've used the fruit flavored and liked them, but these were problematic for me. First they badly stained my night guard (which I've tried numerous things but can't remove the orange color) and second they caused some mild injury to the mucus membranes of my mouth. I've pitched them and reordered the fruit flavored.

Great reference textbook.
Format: Paperback
I love the style of the author's writing for this text. It is not too dense, and they provide humor/ a more personal approach. The way the chapters are divided is great for a quick glance. I like that it provides a section devoted to the techniques of each theory and provides different case examples. I initially went back and forth between renting and purchasing. Ultimately, I'm glad that I purchased it because I think it will be a good quick reference guide.
