- Each compartment holds up to 12 full-size 2-1/2-inch deep pans, 8 full-size 4-inch pans, 6 full-size 6-inch pans, or 4 full-size 8-inch pans.
- One-piece, seamless double-wall polyethylene shell with foam insulation helps retain hot or cold temperatures.
- 270° side-swing doors, nylon latches, air-tight gaskets, and vent caps support easy loading and better food quality.
