Reengineered for rugged climbs and technical descents, the next-generation of the Loam Dropper takes our renowned reliability to new highs… and lows. Additional sizes and a lower stack height provide a modern fit for your frame, and more room to move with less saddle in your business.

FEATURES:

  • More Drop = More Send: An updated saddle clamp and slimmed-down midcap shave off the equivalent of 1 Gummy Bear to 3 Oreos of stack height, making room for more travel on more bikes.
  • The Long Game: A sealed dual-chamber cartridge delivers smooth, quiet actuation, while a revamped travel adjust design offers a stronger, longer-lasting setup.
  • Hi Ho Silver: Silver is in, but making it shiny wasn’t easy. After rigorous testing, we landed on a hard ano process that delivers the same durability as our OG black finish.

and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition)
This is a required text for Internet Law classes. It is edited very poorly. There are typos on every other page, and I found two cases that were no longer good law (even though this is the new edition).

Bad book for SOA exam, but oh well.
Format: Paperback
While required by Society of Actuaries as the textbook for Short Term Actuarial Models exam, I could not recommend this textbook for any other purposes. Written by two Canadian actuaries, a lot of terms and explanations used in this textbook cannot be transferred into US P&C insurance. It fails to explains insurance's purpose and products effectively and as an intro book with unnecessary sentences to deliver personal thoughts. It is also a mess in following sections on ratemaking and reserving. I cannot sense a flow from this book that guides readers in an approachable manner. Overall, author compromises the size AND the quality.
