Lasciato maturare esclusivamente in acciaio, è equilibrato e avvolgente, fresco ma morbido nel contempo. Diretto e schietto, si dimostra generoso senza remore tanto al naso quanto al palato.
Si sposa perfettamente con la cucina marinara. Da provare in abbinamento ai vermicelli con le alici.
