Bereidingswijze: 1g / 100ml - 70°C
Plaats 1 bambooschepje matcha in je matcha bowl, voeg 70°C water toe en beweeg je matcha klopper in een M-vorm tot er zich een schuimlaagje vormt.
Tips:
Zet het deksel van je waterkoker open na koken en laat gedurende 12-15 min. afkoelen: je water is nu 70°C.
Drink matcha tenminste een half uur na het ontbijt en niet 's avonds omwille van het hoge caffeïnegehalte.
