This Cookie Depositor can produce from 1,250 to 1,750 dozen wire-cut uniform cookies per hour, depending on choice of die and a 17in. or 24in. machine. The 17in. model is adjustable for 16in. to 19in. wide pans, while the 24in. model is adjustable for 24in. to 27in. pans.

Manual Speed Controller

The speed of the entire machine (feed, stroke & conveyor) is controlled by the "Speed Adjust Handwheel" and the "Feed Adjusting Screw", which will allow up to 70 stokes per minute.

More Sanitary & Economical

Sanitary features include a stainless steel dough hopper that can be instantly removed for cleaning by loosening two hand screws, and a stainless steel hinged fold-down table on each end with aluminum pan rollers.
